I emphasise that achieving a healthy weight and overall well-being requires a broader approach than solely focusing on exercise. While exercise is important, it's one of five key pillars that contribute to holistic health. These pillars include prioritising nutrient-rich foods, managing stress through breathing techniques, obtaining quality sleep, and fostering strong social connections.
